DIRECTIONS

From the South:: Route 4 (east or west) to exit Teaneck Road heading north. As you drive along the street name changes to Washington Avenue. After entering Dumont, pass the intersection of Madison Avenue (large church and bank on left-hand corners at traffic light). Library is on the left side of Washington Avenue - approximately one block.

From the North:: Old Hook Road or Tappan Road to Schraalenburg Road southbound. After entering Dumont, street name changes to Washington Avenue. Pass intersection of New Milford Avenue (church on right-hand corner at traffic light). Library is on the right side of Washington Avenue approximately one block BEFORE next traffic light.

From Route 17 North or South:: Exit Ridgewood Avenue heading east toward Oradell. As you drive Ridgewood Avenue becomes Oradell Avenue. Follow to end. Turn right onto Grant Avenue. Follow curve onto Boulevard. At SECOND traffic light turn left onto New Milford Avenue. Follow to end. At traffic light make right onto Washington Avenue. Library is on right side approximately one block.

Dixon Homestead Library does have a parking lot. Parking is also available on New York Avenue (a side street just north of the library off Washington Avenue to the east).
